Binary package hint: pulseaudio
pulseaudio crashed while using Ryhthmbox and System Monitor shows 100%
CPU usage. All system sounds stop working when this happens.
After about 5 minutes pulseaudio goes back to 0% but Rhythmbox is
unresponsive and needs to be killed and restarted to work.
