I had 3 lines for Cairo-Dock in my sources.list file:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/cairo-dock-team/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/cairo-dock-team/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/cairo-dock-team/weekly/ubuntu jaunty main ##
Cairo-Dock-PPA

I tried removing the first two, apt-get purge, then apt-get clean, then
apt-get upgrade, then install cairo-dock. No luck.

I'm gonna try removing the weekly ppa and try all over again. Then, I'll
try using another version. I'll get back to you guys. Thanks for your
help.
