This bug is allready fixed in alsa >1.0.20 I can also confirm this has been implemented in the 2.6.31 kernel, since thats what i'm using currently (not sure when they merged it in)

DX58SO uses 0x10, but the driver assumes 0x06. The safe solution is to add 0x10 as slave output to the existing 0x06.
