As I've written somewhere on launchpad: I don't have feisty installed (yet), but plan to do so quite soon. I have tracked down the bug to libaqbanking and the early feisty version which I backported manually to edgy now works fine for several weeks. Thus, I recommend tagging this bug as unsolved for Edgy and Solved for Feisty - keeping my gfingers crossed.
