This is still present in a fully updated Lucid install. The problem
lies with who sets this cmake variable: ${PHONON_INCLUDE_DIR}. I'm not
very familiar with cmake, so not really sure where that is and with some
limited searching didn't find it. If you add this define to your cmake
build, you can get past it without having to create a link or re-install
anything: -DPHONON_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/qt4
