Upower provides some translatable strings, but unfortunately only 3
languages are currently available (and maybe with outdated translations)
Translatable messages are extracted from C file, but also from PolicyKit
.policy files and will showed sometimes when authenticating you to
perform some actions (mount, unmount, check..). So are really important
to understand sensible tasks and run consciously. If I'm right, those
translations should be placed inside .policy file at build time (i.e you
can't rely on .MO file), so a patch will be needed.
