Public bug reported:

The playback works perfectly for a random duration (sometimes for an
hour, but more frequently for a few minutes) then it disappears.

I tried to remove pulseaudio altogether, but it does not affect the
sound instability.

This is a kernel regression, as it used to work on Karmic.

Quite annoying, considering I try to use Lucid on an old config for
running Boxee. :-)
