Hello Daniel
I believe you have some filenames in your filesystem that are not valid
UTF-8 strings. In this case Nautilus would show '?????/ (broken
encoding)' as the filename. Ubuntu One cannot sync such files.
There is a utility available to find such files.
Please download the script from the following location and run it as
$ python utf8-filename-check.py ~/Ubuntu\ One
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Erye/%2Bjunk/ubuntuone-
scripts/download/head%3A/utf8filenamecheck.py-20100317115012-ckrx3rvbex5oiozs-1/utf8
-filename-check.py
I am marking this as a duplicate of #368626 where this bug is discussed.
