I installed Lucid in the VMplayer. It seems to work with Skype: I unchecked option in Skype let skype control you audio settings; then set in Pulseaudio Manager volume of microphone to 300% and now it's enough to hear voice. It stays also at that level after reboot of the system. However, the default level of 100% in Pulseaudio makes still the microphone useless.
