are you sure enblend was in dapper? I don't think ubuntu ever shipped enblend, also http://packages.ubuntu.com seems to support that. last i heard, ubuntu could not ship enblend because of license problems in the enblend package, and more particularly, they are using the wrong version of the "vigra" library, with a bad license.
