- Today 17.03.2010 Vladimir Putin has signed an order about switching 
Europe\Samara timizone to Europe\Moscow (see 
http://regionsamara.ru/readnews/6731)
- Switching will happen 28.03.2010. Samara Region will stay at normal time when 
all regions of Russia will switch to summer time. By this step time in Moscow 
timezone will equal Samara's one.
- Please provide this information upstream and for other distibutions.
- Feel free to contact me If you misundestand something due to my bad English.
- By the way there is an another timezone that will switch in the same way.
