Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release: 10.04

After upgrading from 9.10 to 10.4 beta 1 I found that the Lock screen when
screensaver is active option had been turned on.

Turning it off restored normal behaviour.
