I understand your point in relation to the mouse cursor not changing
when hovering over the website link for the package & I am able to
reproduce that. That *may* be a usability/ wishlist bug.
However, upon clicking on the website link it opens the default browser.
I am unable to replicate the "package homepage does not open when
website link is clicked" issue that you are experiencing.
Are you able to reproduce this issue (package homepage does not open
when website link is clicked) using a live cd environment?
