to my /etc/initramfs-tools/modules

and running : update-initramfs -u did the job !!

I can confirm this.  The fix worked for me on my Gigabyte 965P-DS3.  Now
all we need is for the next development release to include this fix so I
don't have to install from Herd3 anymore!
