- Today, on the 17th of March 2010, Vladimir Putin has signed an order which is 
concerns switching Europe\Samara timezone to Europe\Moscow. Read more -

- The switch will occur on March 28, 2010. The Samara region will have the 
regular time while all the rest regions of Russia will switch to summer time. 
Therefore, Moscow time will be equal to Samara time.
