Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: light-themes

the new themes make window-title and menu appear as if they were one
thing. and this is by visual (for example dark grey in ambiance) and
tactile means (one can drag a window by just dragging the dark grey
space).

so the separation between metacity-titlebar and gtk-windowmenu has been
abolished. the only remaining problem with that is, that the font of the
inactive menu isn't grey (for ambiance) like the title, but remains
white which causes (minor!) difficulties in visual distinction.

but i guess it isn't possible to make gtk do that ... ?
