Steps to reproduce:
run octave3.2
backend("fltk")
Expected outcome:
prompt should return and the fltk backend should be usable for plotting.

Solution:
While compiling octave3.2, ftgl-dev is one of the dependencies. If ftgl-dev is
installed while compiling, this error will not happen.
