There seem to be two relevant files in my system: /usr/share/autostart /plasma-desktop.desktop (plasma-desktop 4:4.4.1-0ubuntu6) and /usr/share /kubuntu-netbook-default-settings/share/autostart/plasma-desktop.desktop (kubuntu-netbook-default-settings 10.04.4). Only the latter contains the problematic line.
