Sorry I am unable to give the debug log, because I don have that disk image of Kubuntu 10.04 daily live 2010-03-16 left.
So I tested the beta1 image: kubuntu-10.04-beta1-desktop-i386.iso 18-Mar-2010 02:06 679M and the installer (ubiquity) worked fine, without errors, with finnish settings. So, I think, this case can, for now being, be concidered solved, if there are not similar problems left with other languages. Yours Jari PS. The installer in todays(25.03.2010) Kubuntu-daily lacks user-setup and summary, so the installation is without any user and is unusable for unexperienced users.
