Call it dumb luck, but I haave stable Paltalk without downloading a bunch of windows stuff. I installed Google's Chrome browser for linux. Then I opened Paltalk Express and it worked! I'm running 9.10 with mplayer and Flash 10. I'm not sure how it works, but it does.
