Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gwibber
Currently in Lucid Beta 1, mentions are added to the messaging menu but they do not change the messaging menu icon to draw attention. This is because the "draw-attention" property is not set to true in the indicator sent. A solution is to add the line indicator.set_property("draw-attention", "true") to the function handle_indicator_item in dispatcher.py ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: gwibber 2.29.92.1-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-18.27-generic 2.6.32.10+drm33.1 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-18-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Tue Mar 30 00:57:19 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Alpha i386 (20100329) PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: LANG=fr_FR.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gwibber ** Affects: gwibber (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 lucid -- Indicators not changing the messaging menu icon https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/551301 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
