I can also confirm this If a menu is too long, the hidden icons are accessible using the little down arrow button at the bottom of the menu, when I mouse over that arrow it scrolls down the menu list so I can access the hidden icons, however as soon as I mouse over a previously hidden icon the menu snaps back to the top making the icon inaccessible again. Keyboard selection using arrow keys works thought.
