Some questions:

 * Is this package co-installable with the old fonts? It does not have
any Conflicts:/Replaces:, and indeed it might be desirable to have that,
plus some of the original extra fonts installed?

 * From a very crude perspective, is this just a selection of existing
fonts, or new fonts that we didn't previously ship? I. e. would that
actually change anything visually, or just remove some redundancy?

If the package is co-installable and just redundancy reduction, this
looks appropriate for me.
