Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kpackagekit
Attempts to install the 'devede' package from within KpackageKit results in the application stating that "A package dependency could not be found". Viewing the details, KpackageKit reports "Remove the package libpostproc51 before" (see attached screen shot). Clicking the OK button has no affect. However, when I use the apt-get command to install the same package, the apt-get command properly resolves the necessary dependencies. In fact, when using apt-get, the package is successfully installed.
