#20 I patch notify-osd 0.9.27 and it fix a bug of "unable to click anything under notifications", but it don't fix a bug that I get together with first. It sound like "notification bubble in non-composite mode (I use openbox with turned of xcompmgr) don't have transparency when mouse over"
I don't know what to do? Probably this bugs linked or not.
