Chris, I see that my folder is synced (I don't think there is a way to delete or unsync it, from nautilus or webUI, but that's a dif bug report) but I see nothing through nautilus that indicates that is ~has~ been synced or ~is~ being synced. Shouldn't the directory have an emblem to show it's status?
