I'm also having problems with a deskop PC and high DPI mouse for which i use the x11 option ConstantDeceleration.
Seems like the x11_options in udev rules files are being ignored after updating. udevinfo confirms they are still present. Also i tried to create a new xorg.conf.d rule, which seems to match because if i set driver to wacom my mouse is dead, but it still ignores options like ConstantDeceleration. Not sure if xserver-xorg-input-evdev is to blame though.
