Binary package hint: gnome-panel
At 12:00, it flips up and down quickly and I cannot focus on working
It catches my eye at first, but is completely meaningless on the rest of the
hour
It is so useless that if I remove it, I'll never remember to add it back again
Should you say, it is not a bug and go on removing it?
And remember my choice on the next year if you don't update annually
If that was a April Fool's prank, no one will be fooled the second time
If not, remove it completely
