Yes, that is possible. Simply ensure ubuntuone is installed on all 3
computers & use the same account (same sign-on) for all 3 computers.
This will synchronise your "Ubuntu One" folder on all 3 computers.

This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug
545506, so it is being marked as such. Please look at the other bug

or to see if there is a workaround for the bug.  Additionally, any
