Public bug reported: Binary package hint: metacity
In ubuntu 9.10, the default wallpapers would stretch across both screens (using twinview, resolution is 3360x1050). In ubuntu 10.04, the default wallpapers do not stretch across both screens, using any of the options. I have to download a wallpaper that's explicitly 3360x1050 to make this work. I don't know where the regression is - whether it's the art, the nvidia driver, or the logic used by the desktop background widget to handle stretch across dual screens. ** Affects: metacity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Incorrect wallpaper behaviour for dual screen (in lucid beta 1) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/553329 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
