Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub

Apologies if I filed this against the wrong package, please reroute as
necessary.

When booting from a Ubuntu Live CD, the rebranded Ubuntu graphic shows
the smaller 'logo' with colors filling in the people forming the circle.
However, whether you select to boot to the live environment or to simply
install Ubuntu, the splash screen displayed by plymouth shows a higher
resolution Ubuntu graphics, but the logo is not colored.

I don't really have a preference, but it seems pretty unprofessional if
the first two logos a new user sees as inconsistent.
