Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: goldendict

Sometimes goldendict doesn't start, complaining, that another instance is
running already.
Removing file ~/.goldendict/pid helps.

This bug is not reproducible every time, looks like sometimes goldendict
is able to determine whether another instance is running or not.
