To repeat what I said before, please test if this is still a problem with the newest version of xsensors. You can do this by either installing and running the program in Lucid Lynx, or by executing the binary from the source package. The directions to create the binary are in the INSTALL file in the orig.tar.gz archive. Once created, you can click and run it in the 'src' folder.
