This bug occurs using a completely updated feisty fawn system.
Today I installed a kernel update so i got to see the Reboot Required dialog.
The german translation currently has a ↵ (in case launchpad can't process this,
this is the character used by many editors and word processors to indicate
where a newline is) character in front of every newline, it reads:
"Neustart erforderlich↵
↵
Um die Aktualisierung Ihres Systems abzuschließen, ist ein Neustart
erforderlich.↵
↵
Solange Sie das System nicht neu gestartet haben, könnten
Sicherheitsaktualisierungen noch nicht voll wirksam sein, neu angeschlossene
oder unterstützte Hardware könnte vielleicht nicht funktionieren und neue
Dienste stehen möglicherweise nicht zur Verfügung.↵
