Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: command-not-found

Currently, if a command is not found, the output contains:
"The program 'pdebuild' is currently not installed. You can install it by
typing:
sudo apt-get install pbuilder"

Personally, I think this should be changed to
"The program 'pdebuild' is currently not installed. To install it, install the
'pbuilder' package." or
"The program 'pdebuild' is currently not installed. Install the 'pbuilder'
package to get it"

I don't like the "get it" phrasing in the second suggestion though.
My justification for this is that some people don't use apt-get necessarily
(for instance, me).
