Basically, when I downloaded updates, a package failed to install and screwed things up. Ubuntu works fine now, but GRUB has two entries for the same thing. Sometimes when one entry fails to boot, the other one works fine. It's kinda strange because for a while the first entry in GRUB just booted as text based with the screen rapidly blinking. After a while it dissappeared, and both entries work fine I hope I'm not confusing you any, but I think the package has a glitch somewhere.
