Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sysvinit

Before upgrading to Lucid if an fsck was performed on boot a progress
indicator would be shown, which was useful. After upgrading there is no
progress indicator, merely a message saying that a check will be done
and which drive it is being done on and why.
