My computer have the bug too. I thought maybe some other programs were running, though I cannot figure them out. So I just restart restart and restart. It didn't work. Then I ran " sudo dpkg --configure -a ".It didn't work too! (I forgot what it said after I ran this command. I will tell you next time it comes out again.) So the only thing I can do is to do something else and wait. Guess what? It worked!
