@Gabor: yes, there are, like there is a branch in Launchpad for all Ubuntu packages, but that does not mean translations are exposed on Launchpad, or that we can handle them. I don't know what is our policy in this case: do we have a policy to handle universe translations in this way? The only policy I know is that we do not handle translations of packages out of main. Personally, I don't agree in doing it like this. Patches should be sent upstream: is Debian the real upstream in this case? Translations for Wine are handled also within their development resources. Are those menus also in the upstream Wine project, or is something we (Ubuntu) or Debian add?
