Binary package hint: python2.6

The /usr/lib/libpython2.6.so symlink to libpython2.6.so.1 is currently
provided by the package python2.6-dev. The symlink should instead be in
the python2.6 package. I am using an application that tries to
dynamically load libpython2.6.so, and I think I shouldn't need the
development package for this to work.
