So tg3 is actually the broadcom Tigon3 ethernet driver. Are you
noticing any network issues? It appears you may have had some transmit
timeout issues, which resulted in the DEBUG messages being printed. I
use the same driver myself on the latest 2.6.32-19.28 Lucid kernel but
haven't seen any issues.
