Could you please attach the file /tmp/updmap.etSIFBry to this report. Because
it is a temporary file it is very likely that it is not there anymore. If so,
then open a terminal ( menu applications/accessories/terminal) and run:
$ sudo apt-get install tex-common
If it fails, attach the file /tmp/updmap.XXXXXXXX given in the error
message to this report. Thanks.
