Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

Since upgrading to Lucid flash displays a grey bar below a video frame
after scrolling up and down, see picture:

To recreate:

1. Visit a page containing a flash video.
2. Scroll down and then back up. (The video does not need to be playing.)
