Hi Chuck, I hate to sound like a complete knucklehead but I never really quite knew what the problem was to begin with other than something didn't install/update quite right. I'm pretty knew to ubuntu and any sort of sysAdmin activities. I was simply performing an update on the system and during all the automagical installs that are a part of that action this popped up. I really just followed the directions in a pretty blind fashion. So...I guess I have no idea on this one.
One problem I am having that I haven't reported yet as I was trying to figure it out on my own is that the wireless connection is toggling on/off at the slightest sign of inactivity. As there's no LAN connection and I'm trying to share the printer attached to this system it's causing a lot of headache!
