Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
Hi, I want to store my corporate email account password into a separate encrypted keyring on my laptop. So I run seahorse utility and create new keyring "email" protected by master password and make it to be default one. Then I set up my corporate email account and when I first time check my mailbox evolution asks password for it. I enter my password and check that I want evolution to remember it and after mailbox check complete I quit evolution. That's all right, now I have my email account password stored into "email" keyring protected by master password. Now using seahorse utility I lock "email" keyring and set another one to be default ("login" keyring in my case) and run evolution again. Evolution now asks master password for "email" (currently non-default) keyring to unlock it, so I enter it. Now I assume that evolution would retrieve my corporate mailbox password from that keyring, but it isn't - it asks my mailbox password. I can see in seahorse that "email" keyring become to be unlocked after I entered master password during evolution startup, that there is a entry for my corporate mailbox and I can see mailbox password in the entry properties.
