excellent, glad to hear it! There's clearly something weird about the way the rtl8192 module was added to the ubuntu source tree -- it's hard to say exactly what the issue is as the docs and other supporting files don't seem to have been included on that commit. I have some more info on a separate bug I filed: lp:550123. That should probably be marked as a duplicate of this one, or vice-versa. Are there any kernel developers listening out there?
