Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I have two batteries for my laptop, which has one battery bay. One
battery is the original, dying unit, with less than 40% of design charge
remaining usable. The other is a brand new replacement with 100% design
charge usable.

When I take out the new battery and put in the old battery, g-p-m
applies the new battery's statistics to the old battery (and vice
versa), so gets all the timings wrong.

g-p-m / DeviceKit should be aware of multiple external battery devices
and keep separate statistics on them: just having statistics for
battery_BAT1 is not enough.
