As a user since breezy badger, this karmic koala GRUB2 update is the
biggest pain, I have never had boot problems with any other release. My
GRUB2 takes over 30 seconds before displaying the menu. I've looked
through tons of posts, all say it's fixed AND IT IS NOT!

Can't you guys tell us how to install the fix? Mr. Vivirito, just
pasting a link to your personal web page doesn't cut it. Have I missed
the solution? All I see are MONTHS of complaints about a small piece
of the OS without resolution.

I have a multi boot system, with XP on sdb1 and 9.10 on sda6. I cannot
boot to sda, since it is sata in nforce2 and not selectable for boot.
My /boot and / are all on the sda (sata) device.
