Dear Jeremy,

I have downloaded 10.04 and done a test as a live session user from a 
usb, no difference between the 9.10 and 10.04.  It seems not to be fixed 
yet.

Also uploaded the output of apport-collect, so where-ever that went, it 
should be there.

I will do the kernel test when I have backed up my entire system, I use 
it for work and I don't want the experiment to be too exciting.
