by using the "Ubuntu ID" users will be able to mark and find (on a map)
wifi locations, so they (or someone else) could access the internet as
fast as possible.

the access will be tagged automatically as:
1. free no sing in
2. locked
3. need to sing in
...
make it possible to access this feature from network manager GUI

since Canonical is pushing the cloud and the "social" this is a great
feature.
